To get the most out of your financial plan, it should be refreshed at least annually to take into account changes to your circumstances and objectives as well as changes to factors such as government legislation.

The information below details the various ongoing service packages that are available.

Service Level Agreement Options

Personal Advice

  • Annual conversation with a financial adviser to discuss your current goals, objectives and portfolio and the effect of your personalised strategy in achieving these goals
  • Monthly valuations detailing your current portfolio and the previous 12 month’s performance
  • Where required, Statement of Advice/Record of Advice, outlining any changes to your portfolio or strategy which may be required to assist in meeting your goals.
  • Monthly contact with financial adviser to discuss any developments which may occur, and to review the portfolio
  • Notification of legislative changes which may affect your financial plan or strategy

Personal Advice

  • Half Yearly valuations detailing your current portfolio and the previous 12 month’s performance

  • Half Yearly contact with financial adviser to discuss any developments which may occur, and to review the portfolio
  • Notification of legislative changes which may affect your financial plan or strategy

Extra Support

  • Investment administration
  • Management and execution of ongoing financial transactions
  • Where requested, personal insurance review specific to your debt, income levels and desired needs
  • Notification of Corporate actions appropriate to your portfolio for ASX 50 stock holdings
  • Additional contact in relation to your investment portfolio, where appropriate, and additional Records of Advice where changes to your portfolio are recommended

Ongoing Communication

  • During business hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) you will have telephone access to your adviser or other staff members of RMFS
  • Electronic copy of The Count Report, emailed to your preferred email address quarterly. (Where email is not available a paper copy will be mailed)
  • Where requested, online access to your portfolio.
