Paul has over 16 years’ experience as a specialist in taxation and has attained the designation of “Chartered Tax Adviser” from the Taxation Institute of Australia.
He commenced his career in the taxation division of one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Sydney in 1998. He became a specialist tax lawyer with a mid-tier law firm before taking up a Senior Associate position with a boutique taxation advisory firm in 2009. Self-managed superannuation funds are becoming increasingly significant within private client groups. He is therefore well placed to advise, not only on tax aspects of superannuation, but on how the superannuation aspects interact with the client’s broader estate planning intentions.
